I. Agreement to Policy
By creating an account or using our services at www.wheelitindia.com or our mobile application, you agree to comply with this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

II. Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the consultation time.
- Rescheduling allowed once if done at least 6 hours before the consultation.
- No refund for cancellations within 12 hours due to preparation efforts.
- Cancellation must be submitted through the “Contact Us” form on our site or app.
- If the service has started or was missed, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
- Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.
III. Refund Policy
- Refunds are granted only in cases of verified service errors by Wheelit India.
- All refund requests undergo internal review and approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- No refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after booking.
- User missed the consultation.
- Switching to promotional or discounted plans after payment.
- Promotional or bundled services.
- Recurring subscriptions not cancelled before renewal.
IV. Zero-Tolerance Policy – Bans Without Refund
Accounts may be permanently banned without refund if the user:
- Posts fraudulent, harmful, or illegal content.
- Uses multiple accounts to manipulate visibility or ratings.
- Engages in harassment or abuse of staff/users.
- Attempts financial exchanges outside the platform.
- Shares contact info to bypass platform systems.
- Sends spam or marketing content.
- Takes transactions off the platform.
- Refuses to follow platform terms and conduct standards.
V. Important Disclaimers
- Suspicious or incomplete profiles may be rejected without notice.
- Wheelit India may remove or suspend accounts violating policies.
- All users (free or paid) must comply with our Terms & Conditions.
